Position Overview We are a fast-paced, results-driven law firm seeking an experienced in-house Online Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about digital marketing, thrive under pressure, and know how to elevate a brand’s online presence, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities - Develop, implement, and manage strategic online marketing campaigns
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and conversions
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and other vendors as needed
- Manage online reputation and respond to reviews
- Support email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising initiatives
- Track ROI and provide performance reports to management
Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably for a service-based or legal industry
- Proven success managing social media accounts and ad campaigns
- Strong writing and content creation skills
- Proficiency with platforms like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp
- Understanding of SEO and digital advertising metrics
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
Work Environment and Physical Requirements This role operates in a professional office setting. The employee routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The work environment is generally quiet to moderate in noise level. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times. Ability to focus and perform detailed accounting tasks for extended periods.
Schedule/Hours Cohen Law Group Business hours are 8:30a.m. to 5:30p.m. Eastern Time.
